Dear Customer, where have you been?

I don’t really boast very often but I’m a pretty good cook. When I want to be. That means that there are some times that I am lazy and want a simple cooking solution. For those moments, I have shopped at M&M Meat Shops.

There was one time, I was REALLY lazy and shopped at M&M pretty often. Recently, M&M sent me this email:

I must admit I didn’t know M&M had such great follow-up. And had I continued the easier cooking route in buying something ever 2-3 weeks, I wouldn’t have. M&M has a huge database of customer memberships that keep a record of what you have bought and when. But any company can create a database of customer contacts and prospects for follow-ups, email messages, company updates, and birthday and holiday wishes.

A follow-up, especially after it has been a while is worth a thousand words.
